Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of these services, standard returns are not applicable as they would be for physical goods.

  • Failure to deliver the service as agreed, with no partial completion
  • Significant delay in delivery caused solely by ERABALANCE SRL
  • Critical, unresolvable defects in the delivered software, and failure to correct them within a reasonable timeframe

3. Non-Refundable Situations
